This option is to book exclusive use of Gilfach Wen Barn by a group.

The base price covers a group of up to 16 people with additional people up to the maximum of a total of 32 guests available to book for an additional fee per person per night.   Young children who sleep in a travel cot  (two available on request)  are free of charge.   Children old enough to sleep in a bed count as a person and must be included in the booking.

Check in time is from 4pm.   There is an option available during the booking process to book an early check in for an additional fee.

Check out time is by 10am.   There is an option available during the booking process to book a late check out of anytime up to 6pm for an additional fee.

Guests can keep costs down by bringing their own sleeping bags or duvets with them or hire duvets.

A damage deposit is required for sole use bookings.   This is £200 and will be refunded within 10 days of the end of your stay after the property has been checked and any repairs undertaken.

The booking process is you will be supplied with a summary of your booking to check,   you will also be supplied with details to pay a 20% deposit.   The balance is due a month before your stay.
