When payment is due

Once a guest enters the booking details on the website I will check the details and then send an email providing the details on how to pay the deposit. A deposit of 20% of the booking total is required to confirm a booking.

The full booking balance must be paid 42 days before arrival.

If the booking is made less than 42 days in advance of the stay,  the full payment is due at the time of booking.

Adjusting the size of group for sole use bookings.

I completely understand how difficult it is for group leaders to confirm the size of larger groups.   I do recommend that guests booking for a large group book the option of sole use for a group of up to 16 people.   Once the group leader has been able to confirm numbers and gather payment from members of the group please inform me by email of any additional group members and I will update the booking.

Cancellation policy. .

If the booking is cancelled less than 40 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 40 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 20% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

Compensation policy.

Under no circumstances will compensation be made for complaints raised after the holiday has ended if the customer has not informed us of their complaint nor given us the opportunity to resolve the issue during their holiday.


It is a legal requirement in Wales that all waste must be sorted for recycling.   Guests are required to use the recycling facilities provided,   and may not leave any unsorted bags of waste.
