Payment
I will send you an email with details on how to pay the deposit once I have checked the details of the booking.
For advance bookings, A deposit of 20% of the booking total is required to confirm the booking, Full booking balance must be paid 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 42 days before arrival, a deposit of 20% of the booking total is required to confirm the booking and the full booking balance is due 48 hours later.
Cancellation conditions
If the booking is cancelled less than 40 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 40 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 20% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
Under no circumstances will compensation be made for complaints raised after the holiday has ended if the customer has not informed us of their complaint nor given us the opportunity to resolve the issue during their holiday.
